  1. 1.  Go to the View Switcher in the bottom left of Outlook and select Calendar.

  2. 2.  Find the meeting on the calendar and double-click the meeting.
  3. 3.  In the meeting invitation, go to the Meeting tab and select Cancel. The meeting invitation changes to a meeting cancellation.
  4. *Note: You can recover this meeting within 7 days from the Recently Deleted page on the Zoom web portal.
  5. 4.  In the meeting cancellation, enter a message explaining the reason why the meeting was canceled.
  6. 5.  Select Send Cancellation.
  7. 6.  The meeting is removed from the calendar and the attendees receive an email message about the cancellation, just like you would for a meeting reminder.
