Steps for configuring an instance in Attend are as follows.

Super user

  1. Create an event type.
    1. Under the System Admin tab at the top of the page, select 'Manage Event Types'.
    2. Select 'Create Event Type'

Super user/Staff

  1. Add Hosts and staff for event type
  2. Add subtypes if needed
  3. Add intake questions if needed
  4. Add locations if needed
  5. Update notifications as needed
  6. Add qualifications if needed 

 HostSuper user/Staff/ Host

  1. Create event 
  2. Update any prefilled fields as needed
  3. Default is active, but to keep from view save as draf
  4. Enroll/Invite attendees at the bottom of the page
  5. Post URLs to events, event types, host
