- Check the online roster the day of the playoff meeting to verify which players are eligible for the playoffs. In case of error, please submit the name, UT EID, and dates participated to the Intramural Sports email account ASAP.
- Look at tentative brackets prior to the meeting to plan out what dates your team is available to play.
- Communicate ASAP with the Intramural Sports Staff via email any major conflicts during scheduled playoff games. Be specific as possible with the number of players affected by the conflict, what the conflict is, and other relevant information that would help the Staff.
