Game Day Responsibilities

  1. Remind teammates to check in with Intramural Sports Staff prior to the start of the game.
  2. Ensure that all players are using their own ID card to check in for games (captains will also be held responsible for any ID fraud cases and other violations of Intramural Sports policies by their teammates).

Playoffs Responsibilities

  1. Check the online roster the day of the playoff meeting to verify which players are eligible for the playoffs. In case of error, please submit the name, UT EID, and dates participated to the Intramural Sports email account ASAP.
  2. Look at tentative brackets prior to the meeting to plan out what dates your team is available to play.
  3. Communicate ASAP with the Intramural Sports Staff via email any major conflicts during scheduled playoff games. Be specific as possible with the number of players affected by the conflict, what the conflict is, and other relevant information that would help the Staff.

Note: If the captain is unable to attend a game, we recommend taking these steps.

  1. Designate someone on the team to assume all game day responsibilities.
  2. Share all relevant information with the temporary captain (emails, links to webpages, etc.)
