Monitors
Faculty submissions for building monitors
- Faculty should submit materials to publicitiy@mail.music.utexas.edu no later than 4 weeks before the event. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT TO CLAIRE SPERA OR JAMES RODGERS' PERSONAL EMAILS.
- If a poster is already being created for the event, we request the design be a landscape orientation. Submit the original design program file (such as .psd or .docx) as opposed to a PDF for the monitors. Landscape orientation allows us to convert your poster into a monitor slide more easily.
- If no poster is being created, submit the following:
- Images (medium resolution or higher)
- Complete event information as you would like it to appear on the slide
