For students starting fall 2016 and later



  •  Give research proposal to committee at least one week 2 weeks prior to oral exam, for review



  •  Submit Chemical Engineering Candidacy Examination + Rubric Form electronically to the graduate coordinator at least one week prior to the exam for approval by the graduate advisor
  •  Prepare oral exam presentation following the time requirements above
  •  Bring printed Chemical Engineering Candidacy Examination Form signed by graduate advisor

  •  No food allowed starting January 2018
  •  Submit completed form to the graduate coordinator
  •  



  •  Register for -99R, and the next semester register for -99W (Beginning with the 2019-2020 school year, you will only need to register for *99W courses; the *99R will be retired)


  •  Continue to register for -99W every semester, including the semester you graduate
