Grade Reporting
Submit grades grades through Office of the Registrar Grade Reporting website. You can can log in to check your grade authorizations and due dates. Grades are due by by 10:00 am on on their due date. The Office of the Registrar also has a website for questions about grade reporting.
Absence/Failing Reports
Faculty should notify students of excessive absences or poor performance online via "Absence-Failing" notice provided for that purpose, preferably between the 20th and 40th class day of the semester. Absence/failing reports significantly reduce registration errors and ease academic advising for subsequent semesters. An instructor of record (or proxy) may submit the absence/failing report directly from CLIPs.

Grade Disputes
The School of Architecture adheres to the procedures for graduate student grade disputes stated in the Handbook of Operating Procedures. Grade disputes are filed with the department offering the course in question. The decision of the school dean is final for ARC, ARI, CRP, LAR, and UDN courses.
