How to Filter Existing Content

...

  • “Title” searches every word in the title of your content.
  • “Type” will pull content based on the type of information. This will be most helpful for people working with courses, events, professional development, publications, and stories.“Author” lets you view everything by a specific author; i.e., if you want to see only content you’ve created, enter your username in the Author field.
  • “Published” allows you to filter by content publication status; i.e., if you want to see only content that is currently unpublished, select “No”

These fields do work together to create more precise filtering, as needed. For instance, if I want to see a Story I wrote about Cynthia Osborne that I haven’t published yet, I could enter “Osborne” into the Title field, select “Story” under the Type drop-down , enter my username in the Author field, and select “No” on the Published drop-down.
