    1. The responsible owner will ensure the edits are correct through a process determined by the owner and the contributor.
  2. When ready, an editor and/or owner will submit the page as “Needs Review.”
  3. The web content manager will review pages for style consistency, messaging and tone.
    1. If further significant edits are deemed necessary, the web content manager will return the page to the contributor as “Draft.” (Minor edits will be made by the web content manager.)

How to Access Content

In the left-hand corner of the top toolbar, click My Workbench. You will see content that you have recently edited as well as content that belongs to your section.

To view all content in your section, click "view all" in the bottom right-hand corner of your My Workbench screen.

How to Filter Existing Content

Drupal offers several ways to find an already-created piece of content.

  • “Title” searches every word in the title of your content.
  • “Type” will pull content based on the type of information. This will be most helpful for people working with courses, events, professional development, publications, and stories.
  • “Published” allows you to filter by content publication status; i.e., if you want to see only content that is currently unpublished, select “No”

These fields do work together to create more precise filtering, as needed. For instance, if I want to see a Story I wrote about Cynthia Osborne that I haven’t published yet, I could enter “Osborne” into the Title field, select “Story” under the Type drop-down and select “No” on the Published drop-down.
