Program material must be submitted online by via email 4 weeks prior to your event.

Printed programs will follow Butler School of Music Style Guidelines (link) as closely as possible. Please review for capitalization, abbreviations, diacritical marks, etc. when entering your repertoire. Certain print format features, such as italics, are not available via the *web form but will be applied to your printed program according our Style Guidelines.

Send program information (repertoire, personel, bios, notes) in a Microsoft Word document to BSOM_Programs@mail.music.utexas.edu according the deadlines described above
- Please include as complete identifying title information as possible: Full Title, Catalog-, Opus-, Work-numbers, Key, etc.
- Include full composer name, and birth and death dates.
- Please make sure bios and notes are within the word limits provided above
*By using the optional web program entry form, a pop-up web version of your program will appear on the Butler School of Music Event Calendar in the entry for your event. Otherwise only a brief "including works by" statement will appear.
