If you do not see Crestron (HDMI) as an option under the output tab, you will need to use the Mini Plug Audio for your sound.
Direct HDMI ConnectionIf your laptop has an HDMI port you will use this port and cable. Plug the HDMI cable on the desk directly into the HDMI port on your laptop. NOTE: you may have to disconnect the HDMI to USB-C adapter that is attached to the HDMI cable.
HDMI to USB-C Adapter ConnectionIf your laptop only has USB-C, or doesn't have a HDMI port, you can use the HDMI to USB-C adapter that is attached to the cable on the desk. If you do not have the correct inputs on your laptop to plug in the HDMI to USB-C adapter, please contact the Help Desk (512-471-1199) in CMA 3.104.
The mini audio plug is used for audio only. If your computer's sound doesn't work when using the HDMI cable you can plug the mini audio cable into the headphone jack on your laptop and choose one of the options on the touch panel with the mini audio cable.
