    1. If the student/faculty/staff currently works for UT, you will need to provide proof from their current supervisor that they have approved the additional duties of individual. Can be an email approval attached to the GA form.

    2. Some work may qualify for an appointment depending on length of time and services provided. Liaison will work with Executive Assistant to determine if individual should be appointed or not.

    3. Typically, work that is extended over the course of one month or more should be appointed.

  2. All students, faculty, and staff will be paid on payroll. If a student is not already set up on payroll, he/she will need to meet with Liaison to complete I-9 and Paycheck Profile.
    1. This process takes time, so please have paperwork submitted well in advance.
