HUB Report CPRIT

1. Request Authorization to Submit MBE/WBE Reports - send request to oa.it-hub@austin.utexas.edu 
2.  Login to HUB Administration Site -  
   1. Select "Report Submission" 
   2. Select MBE/WBE report of expenditures by budget group 
   3. Enter budget group data  

                                      i. Component - should default to "0' 

                                     ii. Budget Group -  XXXXXXXX (8 digits) 

                                   iii. (Report) Begin Date - MMDDYYYY 

                                   iv. (Report) End Date - MMDDYYYY 

1. 1. Submit 
2. You will receive an email from CGPBMBW2 Subject "MBE/WBE report available for download" 
3. Go to the download utility at the link provided in the email and download your report 

To complete report (CPRIT report template can be found at (put in UT Box and link to form)) 

Instructions available on 2nd tab:

1. Review "MBE/WBE report" summarizing dollars spent with both Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and/or Women Business Enterprise (WBE) vendors  
2. Select Report Quarter 
3. Enter your CPRIT Project/Grant No.  
4. Enter Organization Agency - UT Austin 
5. Enter the Person Preparing Report (This should be end user) 
6. Send copy of report to Cancer Prevention and Research Institute and the HUB/SB Program office at hub@austin.utexas.edu
