Each month the SLC Admin will send a reminder with the Qualtrics survey. The survey will be active semester long, either bookmark it or search it in your email whenever needed. Using Today's (accessed through UTDirect to UTMarket to Today's) search the item and enter the product number into the survey, be sure to include quantity in parentheses. Requests should not be submitted in any other way.
