Followed Karakuri book instructions and template for two crank C mechanisms shown in Fig. 1.

  • To prevent mechanical failure  and experimental errors, I put toothpicks in the axle shaft to make it stronger and less likely to fail in order to get results similar to ideal MATLAB analysis.
  •  Uncertainty in human errors and friction are uncertainties that can cause deviation from ideal analysis MATLAB results. Some human errors during assembly process can include:
    • Bending of components
    • Tearing of components
    • improper folding of components
    • improper cutting of components
  • Materials used to create Panda Paper Model
    • Tape
    • Toothpicks,
    • Cardstock templates from Karakuri Book
    • Glue
