We recently changed the Stats server to use UT EID for logons. So log on with your UT EID and EID password.
If the remote client still shows PRC as the domain name, you'll need to reset the login.
1) Select Use a different account.
2) Enter your EID. You might need to put AUSTIN in front of the EID. (See Image)
3) Enter your EID password.
