Open windows explorer, go to the folder where you can see the parent folder (one above the missing folder/file).
Right-click on the parent folder and choose Properties
Select the tab Previous Versions; wait a few seconds and the window will populate the dates of the snapshots.
You can then double click on a snapshot to open it so that you can determine which version you need.
You can then drag files or folders to wherever you need them.
It is best not to overwrite the old folder/file, so you may need to rename the old folder/file, or drag the recovered folder/file to your desktop, rename the folder/file and drag back to the server.
