Special Instructions

Monday, June 16th through Thursday, June 19th:
By 6pm, Building Monitor will lock up all of MRH rooms except the Recital Studio.
By 6pm, Building Monitor will lock up all MRH external doors.
By 6pm, Building Monitor will also lock up all MBE rooms except the Band Hall 2.114.
Building Monitor will leave External MBE doors unlocked.
Once camp activities are over, Scott Hanna will lock up the Recital Studio, the Band Hall, and the External MBE doors.

Tuesday, June 17th:
Anne Epperson will need the loading dock doors opened sometime during the day.

Friday, June 20th:
Building Monitor will lock up whole building as usual by 6pm.
