Week 9: qPCR Analysis (Rayna Harris)

Week 9: qPCR Analysis (Rayna Harris)

Rayna Harris will be going over qPCR analysis in R. She'll begin with a brief overview of qPCR (how it works, uses, etc). Then she'll give a tutorial of qPCR data analysis using the R package MCMC.qpcr, which was developed right here at UT.  After that, we will break up into groups and analyze different qPCR data sets. For this excise, she hopes to be able to have people with varying expertise of qPCR, stats, and R so that we can all learn and teach each other something related to modifying scripts for analysis of new datasets and gene expression studies.
