6. Guidelines for Completing Survey

The general format of the online questionnaires is shown in the following diagram, with key features annotated.

1. Previous Page – Navigate to the prior page in the survey.
2. Survey Title and Page count – Lists the name of project and which page of the questionnaire the user is currently on.
3. Next Page – Navigate to the next page in the survey.
4. Status indicator - % Complete of all the questions in the survey.
5. Save & Exit – The survey continually saves all question data, but use the button to close the browser tab if you need to complete the survey at a later time.

Completing a questionnaire

To complete the survey questionnaire, click the ‘Complete’ button on the final page of the survey, as below:

Note there are no required questions in a survey, a respondent may choose to answer some questions and not others.
