2016 Project Documents

History

In 2015, a cloud-based software package, Kuali, was selected by the university to collect and store the disaster recovery plans (DRP) for every department on campus. The DRP repository was dubbed UT Ready. CNS OIT was responsible for guiding the units within the College of Natural Sciences in developing their DRP's. A project was created for handling the rollout UT Ready. This folder contains the resulting documentation from that project.

Project Documentation and Downloads

The original rollout of UT Ready was conducted in phases. Each phase corresponds to one of the main categories. The downloadable documentation found here include a glossary for that phase, instructions, and an interview sheet in case the person tasked to complete the DRP wanted to gather the information prior to entering it into UT Ready.
