Action items

Elizabeth: Compile Sign-In sheet with POCs in the DRP Project Charter and make changes accordingly (see page 6 in the charter and have handouts for next meeting)

Eric/Elizabeth: Ensure all POCs have a UT Ready plan ready for activation of the DRP

Elizabeth: Make contact with POCs who were unable to make it to the 1/8/16 meeting

Eric/Elizabeth: Use a small unit as an example for UT Ready for live presentation at next meeting

Eric: Touch base with Astronomy/McDonald about needed access and changes

Elizabeth: Touch base with Ben Costello about assigned POC for physics

Group reviewed the agenda items for the DRP project and the above action items are the result of the meeting. Phase 1 will continue to Jan 22^nd and next weeks meeting will answer any questions or concerns folks may have on Phase 1.
