Action items
- Elizabeth: Compile Sign-In sheet with POCs in the DRP Project Charter and make changes accordingly (see page 6 in the charter and have handouts for next meeting)
- Eric/Elizabeth: Ensure all POCs have a UT Ready plan ready for activation of the DRP
- Elizabeth: Make contact with POCs who were unable to make it to the 1/8/16 meeting
- Eric/Elizabeth: Use a small unit as an example for UT Ready for live presentation at next meeting
- Eric: Touch base with Astronomy/McDonald about needed access and changes
- Elizabeth: Touch base with Ben Costello about assigned POC for physics

Group reviewed the agenda items for the DRP project and the above action items are the result of the meeting. Phase 1 will continue to Jan 22nd and next weeks meeting will answer any questions or concerns folks may have on Phase 1.
