• Goal of meeting: provide documentation to Sanchit; would prefer he start by implementing a small portion of the project rather than trying to get a conceptual understanding of whole project

• Unmil has provided access to wiki, GitHub (with starter links), UT Box, servers (Javelin, Maahiti), MongoDB

• 600K TIFFs to be added to Archivematica; important to encode metadata (descriptive, preservation, administrative, etc.) with each file

• For compliance, we are identifying roles rather than individuals in order to provide selective access; also, identifying frameworks (laws, policies) that govern access

• Important to preserve files' provenance and ensure authenticity and reliability by documenting any changes made

• Perhaps start on revising "Descriptive Metadata" profile***

• Conceptual model (based on existing compliance standards) will become configuration file; important to also consider if this model will fit for other collections, projects, and institutions

• Try running Nitin's script for preservation and admin on sample files for accession; other scripts (e.g., technical) can be run later***

• Compliance metadata schema will eventually be turned into a script

• Dev/test on Javelin

• Log into all servers and try out ID***

• Try out GitHub tutorials***
