This email will be monitored by Sarah and a couple of backup team members to ensure that support requests are addressed when team members are out of the office.

Support Flow

Maintenance

Both microscope and compute resource maintenance will be scheduled twice a month on the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays, when necessary.  A notice will be posted to the wiki front page prior to any downtime.

User Account Request

Please email IT Support at cryoem-it-support@utexas.edu and include the following:

  • EID
  • Lab

We will ask your PI to confirm your account access prior to creating the new account.  Once your account is created, you will receive an email from us titled "Added to ___ Lab".  This email will include instructions for logging in for the first time.
