Printing (ITS Printing Service)

What can it do?

• You can now print from your own computers

• You can print to printers all over campus

• Now works on both PCs and Macs

• Prints are paid for with the same  Bevo Bucks you can use to buy services and even food around campus

  • Black and White $0.06

  • Color $0.50

How do you use the ITS Printing service?

• First you need to be sure that you have money associated with the Bevo Bucks account on your student ID

• You can find information and links to the service at www.utexas.edu/student/bevobucks/

• In the computer labs, just print to the printer you want, a window will pop up, type your EID and Password and you are done

• There are two ways to load drivers on a computer outside of the labs

  • If you have a university owned computer in your office you can load the drivers through Absolute Manage

    • First open the control panel and type Absolute manage in the search window

    • In Absolute Manage go to the far right tab and click on

• If you want to load the drivers on your personally owned computer you can get the drivers from the web

  • Click on the download installers tab and choose any locations you want (the top half of the page is for Windows drivers and the bottom half is for Mac drivers)
