Calendar Permissions
How to Share Your Calendar
Open your calendar and click: Calendar Permissions in the upper right hand corner of your toolbar
The Calendar Properties window will open
Click Add and search by last name, first name.
Highlight the name once it’s populated in the window and press Add and then Ok
The Calendar Properties window will open again, go to the PermissionLevel dropdown and choose Editor
Press Apply and that will give me access to view your calendar and schedule on your behalf
