About Gallery

Gallery is a useful tool for exploring organizational content and helps to foster collaboration. It is the second tab from the right on the User Menu.

Filters

Gallery allows for filtering organizational content by Item Type, Location, Date modified, Tags, and Status. Filter can be found on the left side of the Gallery page.

Types of Views

Gallery allows two types of views for organizational content Gallery and List. Views can be found on the upper right side of the Gallery page as show below.

List View

Sort By

Gallery allows sorting organizational content by Owner, Date Modified, Title, View Count, and Relevance. Sort By can be found on the upper right side of the Gallery page as show below.

Owner (Alphabetical or Revers Alphabetical)

Date Modified (Least Recent or Most Recent)

Title (Alphabetical or Revers Alphabetical)

View Count (Least Recent or Most Recent)
