The latest version of Panopto (at least on mac) does not appear to be compatible with pre-10.13 MacOS.

Panopto is recommended for advanced editing of course lectures and video recordings. It's a solution for prerecording lectures/editing collects data i.e. views of recorded lectures, who is viewing and for how long.




Support

LAITS DSS should be familiar with Panopto enough to walk users through the basics to provide 'best effort' assistance.

  • If the user requires assistance with this (this tool is a bit complicated) please escalate this case via the #onlinecourse_batphone channel and assign to LAITS-Instructional.
