Sorry it took a while to get back to you.
I've attached two PDFs: one outlining our general warehouse requirements, and another with a list of the items and chemicals we'll bring, plus our work schedule. I have also sent blueprint photos detailing the approximate amount of space we would use.
We are ready for the next steps and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the leasing terms. Our ideal arrangement would be a flexible, month-to-month lease at the cheapest options available.

Hi Ryan,
We’ve been actively advocating with our landlord, property manager, and insurance provider to create an opportunity for your team to operate out of our facility under your desired parameters. While our landlord and property manager were surprisingly open to the idea, our insurance carrier, due to the stringent requirements of our premier coverage unfortunately cannot permit after-hours access, chemical storage, or work being performed on the solar vehicle at our premises.
That said, we’d still love to support your team however possible. One potential solution would be to store the solar vehicle at our facility, with access during standard warehouse hours (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m.) and at least one business days' notice. We could also provide warehouse labor to assist with moving or transporting the vehicle to and from local sites.
We would be happy to offer this at $1,250 per month ($15,000 annually), or in-kind in exchange for Gold Sponsorship rights.
Please let us know your thoughts as we’d really like to find a way to make this partnership work for everyone.

Weekly Schedule To and From JJ Pickle:
Mondays (Inbound to MFS): Moving items from the JJ Pickle Research Campus to the MFS Warehouse.
Thursdays & Fridays (Outbound from MFS): Moving items from the MFS Warehouse to the JJ Pickle Research Campus.
List of Items for Storage:
4x HDX 40 Gallon Storage boxes (3.3 ft x 1.7 ft x 1.5 ft)
Solar Car Chassis (16 ft x 5 ft x 4.5 ft)
Car Molds (once we get them later in the year) (16 ft x 7 ft x 2 ft-4 ft)
Solar Car outer shell potentially (has not been manufactured yet)
Potentially, Electric Car Chassis (Smaller than Solar Car)
