VISTA Reliability_Second Rater instructions

Getting Started

Materials

  • You will receive the link to your participants' reliability folder. Each folder will include a datasheet, and folders to collect the Whisper transcriptions (if needed) and the POM Output datasheets.

    • Datasheets will include 2 tabs Original and POM

      • Original

      • POM

    • Whisper folder will include whisper transcriptions that are available OR the transcriptions that were requested.

    • Output folder: The rater will upload their POM output datasheets into this folder

Training

Review training video 1: Enviar al estudiante el vídeo training POM para que lo revisen.

  • Focus on the following timestamps

Practicar

General Workflow

  1. Patient is assigned in R01_Bilingual VISTA Reliability

  2. Complete Original transcription in Original tab: Can be done from scratch OR a whisper transcription can be used as a starting point.

  3. Prepare POM transcription in the POM tab: adjust the transcription according to the rules for POM discussed in training

  4. Run POM with participant’s finalized scripts and rater’s POM transcription (both from POM tab),

  5. Analyze the POM output and upload finalized POM output. Add final score to POM tab.

  6. Once all sessions are scored, let the Reliability Supervisor know that the Ratings are ready for consensus.
