Smartsheet structure
If you are a core member of the lab, it is crucial you understand the general structure of Smartsheet and where things are housed- do not just randomly find sheets or create sheets without understanding the file hierarchy
Please review the current structure below (this was last updated on Jun 28, 2024)
Do not add sheets at random without discussing the structure of where new things should be kept. In this way, we can all stay updated on the current structure.

MADR_Lab_Workspace
Within the MADR_Lab_Workspace, we highlight some important folders
LRT/VISTA Checklists
The LRT/VISTA Checklists folder contains Checklists that Clinicians use to monitor their progress for the most crucial elements of case management of participants seen for various arms of our studies
Connected Speech Data Management folder
In the Connected Speech Data Management folder there is information that clinicians enter regarding which samples are ready to be clipped. In addition, we typically have 2-3 students assisting with clipping and the clipping progress for various samples are found in this folder. These are for our Connected Speech batteries and NOT for VISTA clipping
Bilingual_Assessment_Scores
The Bilingual_Assessment_Scores File contains the current assessment data which is always being updated
MADR Lab_Summary_Data
The MADR Lab_Summary_Data contains the Summary Data for our Primary Outcomes Data from our treatment studies- something individual clinicians should keep updated
Equipment Roster
The Equipment Roster is meant to track where equipment is and when it is checked out and checked back in. The Lab Manager/Research Coordinators are responsible for keeping this updated BUT clinicians should assist them and let them know when this needs updating. Communication on this is key. The Lab Manager/Research Coordinator should check this list semesterly for good measure
MADR Lab Mangement Folder
Within this folder there are important files including
Current Personnel Training
which supervisors should update in order to track who knows how to do various tasks in the lab
MADR Lab Purchases

MADR Lab Manager/Research Coordinator Dashboard
which summarizes the Lab Manager’s tasks
MADR-Lab EIDS_SYSTEMS ACCESS
