If the Pfeiffer 80 Eco turbo pump stalls out at ~1 torr even with diaphragm and turbo on, there is water in the system. Per the manual section 6-4:

  1. Turn off the pump

  2. Set [030]: ValveMode to 2 to open the ballast valve manually

  3. Turn pump on again and let run for 15 mins to remove condensate from the diaphragm pump.
