Final Demo

This video demonstrates the functioning of the bear mechanism.  As you can see the bear is hiding his face in his paws then as the wheel turns the crank the head pops up and the arms lower so you can see the face of the bear. Furthermore, the mouth of the bear opens when the head goes up and closes when the head goes back down.
