Catalog and Folder Taxonomy

University Communication Portfolio Catalogs will be divided by medium:

  • University Comm Images

  • University Comm Video

  • University Comm Audio

  • University Comm Private (only open to the Office of the President)

Each photo catalog will have a mirrored folder structure from the server as follows:

  • Year

    • Project

File Naming Convention:

  • Year_000001.ext (beginning with 1)

Please number sequentially.
Generic pictures of campus go under a folder named "Campus Scenes" for ever year. 
Once an asset is created, please follow these naming conventions and move it to the appropriate folder on the server.
