UT List Subcription
You can sign up to some UT lists for MER, so you can get broadcast notifications for e.g. "all MER members" or specific tool’s user notifications.
1. Go to 
UT Lists - home
2. Log in with your UT email account and password (not EID here)
3. Search for the list you want to sign up to
4. Click into one of those and find the Subscribe button
After which you'll start receiving emails sent to these lists.
