Appeal to Register for EDC 364C

If you do not meet the minimum requirements to register for EDC 364C, you must complete the following petition form    .

Do the following: 

1) Email your completed petition to arcelia.hernandez@austin.utexas.edu with the subject line reading: Petition to Register for EDC 364C, Semester (FA/SP & year),  ​_Student's/Your Name (UTID)___. 

                                                                         AND

2) Print out a hard copy and drop it of for Dr. Hernandez, YCS Coordinator, c/o Office of Curriculum & Instruction, SZB 4.707. After your hard copy has been received, your petition will be reviewed and Dr. Hernandez will contact you to let you know the outcome.
