Staff In-Office Schedule

Staff are in the office Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Staff typically take lunch from 12 – 1 p.m. Staff offices include the following rooms: 4.338, 4.340A, 4.340B, 4.340D, 4.340E, 4.358, and 4.362.

Note - Moody College virtual weeks through the 2025-2026 academic year:

Below are the following dates that Moody College will be observing as virtual weeks for all staff. Staff will not be in the office during the following weeks but, will be working remotely and still reachable via email.
