Services:
Student lifecycle management services, including attracting, recruiting, and retaining students for online education programs. These services should include :
- recruiting prospective students, including those students inside Texas, nationally, and internationally
- providing assistance to students through all phases of recruitment up to and including matriculation as well as support of a student's continuing in the program, including application submission, providing required information (e.g. transcripts, etc.), tracking application progress, completing financial aid applications, and registration
- leveraging any existing or establishing new relationships with partner universities, community colleges, employers, military organizations, professional associations or any other organization that may sponsor a prospective student
- providing retention services to ensure a student's continuation in existing programs or providing recommendations for alternate courses or programs within the UT online program portfolio
- employing a scalable model that is able to support courses, certificates, and programs across a variety of UT system institutions
- providing performance metrics for measuring success of campaigns and initiatives
- technology enablement services, including:
- providing a system of record and for reporting on University's enrollment pipeline
- providing technology support to University that enables University to access the
- Contractor's reporting portal of its proprietary cloud-based platform
- consulting support on customer relationship management product implementation
- sending bulk email
- career coaching services, including working with students to discuss a wide range of career-focused topics that encompass long-term career planning, intra-organizational networking, interview skills, job search strategies, as well as resume and cover letter reviews
- Contractor agrees that in the event any of its employees, representatives, agents, or subcontractors becomes aware of any information that affects the health, safety, or wellbeing of a University student, the recipient of that information will immediately contact the Dean of Students or other appropriate University official. The Dean of Students or other appropriate University official will then address the matter in accordance with University policy.
- Contractor will leverage its customized and proprietary cloud platform designed specifically to manage student engagement and success, combining relationship management and communications technology with advanced integration and reporting capabilities.
- Contractor will engage in regular in-depth executive level reviews of the service delivery and impact on student enrollment, retention, and other success measures. Central to this program of continuous improvement will be University's use of its internal database and student surveys. Contractor will leverage its database to collaborate with University on identifying key research questions and conducting directional comparative studies in order to improve the efficacy of the Services and meet the strategic goals of University.
