Install Konica Minolta Multi-Function Printer on Windows connected to AUSTIN Active Directory
Please follow this guide to install the Konica Minolta Multifunction printers on Windows | |

Open Devices and Printers and select "Add a printer". | |
The Konica Minolta devices are all network connected. To install the printer select "Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer". | |
The Konica Minolta will not be listed so you will need to select "The printer that I want isn't listed" to continue. | |
Since these devices are hosted from the printer server simply put in the server name followed by the name of the printer. Installing the printer through Deadtrees will automatically install the drivers for the device. | |
The name will be set by default, simply click the "Next" button to continue. | |
The driver installation is now complete, click the "Finish" button. | |
To get to the authentication settings you will need to right click on the printer and select "Printer properties" On the "Printer properites" General tab click the "Preferences" button. | |
It will open "My Tab" by default. Select the "Basic" tab. Click on the "Authentication/Account Track" button. | |
Here is where you will put in the constituent's EID and password. Click "OK" and the setup is complete. |
