Turn On Walkie Talkie Radio 

Sign in with Tech Staff that you are on Duty and Checking In - If the weekend text Susanne 512-517-1387

Unlock the following rooms and turn on all the standing lamps and or fluorescent overhead lights.   Leave doors propped open.
ALL ROOMS DO THE FOLLOWING DUTIES
·        Clean up trash
·        Erase Whiteboards
·        Wipe down monitors, desks and tables – If Needed

Display your proctor photo on the desk 
Begin your shift at the proctor desk

Digital Media Labs CLOSING Checklist

Turn off Projectors with Touch Panel if needed

LOCK the following rooms and turn OFF all the standing lamps and or fluorescent overhead lights. 

ALL ROOMS DO THE FOLLOWING DUTIES
·        Clean up trash
·        Erase Whiteboards
·        Wipe down monitors, desks and tables – If Needed
