Easy DCP - How to Change the Name of the DCP


Choose Load Project / DCP
Find the .dcp file you want to change
Choose ASSETMAP CLICK OPEN
Right Click the DCP Title and choose
Edit with Digital Cinema Naming Convention
Make sure the title is correct and choose Short or Feature ETC. Fill out the typical info Click OK
Select around the film reel Icon so it is green Click "P"
Click on the Content Kind and change to (may need to click it a few times) Short or etc. . .
Choose >File>Save DCP
Choose Ignore
Choose Yes here
click OK here
Copy the DCP Content name and paste it
On to the DCP folder
