AVID Media Composer - how to install the patch installer for Version 2020.12.1

Follow the prompts and agree to all

Continue here

Choose the Media Composer Editing 

Application

Client Cloud Service

AVID Link

Click Continue

The installer will ask for admin password

and then when finished installing will ask

for you to restart

You will see that you are running 

2020.12.1 here

Windows Installer workflow

Go to your downloads folder and 

double click on the downloaded

windows installer

Choose Open

Follow all the prompts for the install

Then Restart the computer
