(DC) SPLUNK Dashboards
OK, here are the Splunk Dashboards that I created that give you the latest status of BOTH domains and certificates.
Domain Inventory
This report displays the domain-name inventory that the UT Account (OrgID 648) is permitted to issue certificates for within InCommon/CERTInext — the same list shown in the CERTInext portal's Certificates → Domains tab (just easier to see and filter on in Splunk). A domain is not a certificate. These records carry no expiration or term — only a DCV (Domain Control Validation) status that reflects whether the domain has been validated for issuance.
The data is refreshed daily; this dashboard always shows the most recent snapshot (see the "Last Updated" panel).
DCV Status
VERIFIED — the domain has passed Domain Control Validation and is ready for certificate issuance.
PENDING — DCV has not yet completed for the domain.
Issued Certificates
This report displays the certificates ordered and issued through InCommon/CERTInext for the UT Account (OrgID 648). Each certificate carries an expiration date, serial number, issuing CA, and term. A certificate is not a domain. Only certificates actually ordered through CERTInext appear here — this is not the full domain-name inventory the account is permitted to issue for.
