Adding Credit on UTLearn

The Custodial Services Training Admin will process training credits for Custodial Services Employees based on the New Hire Checklist Information and Supplemental Training Documents.

Step-by-step guide

♦ UT LEARN

  1. Visit UTLearn LMS

  2. Hover over ILT tab and click Manage Sessions and Events
  3. In the Event search box, type in the Course Number that is shown in the New Hire Checklist/Document - for example: CSHR01. 
    1. This will be the best method to retrieve the correct Event. 
  4. Compliance training is best found by typing "classroom" in the Event Name search box - this will bring up a number of classes, please ensure you are selecting the appropriate course by matching the title of the training with the title of the events listed in the search results.

  5. On your desired Event, click on the Calendar symbol under the Options section. (View Sessions)
  6. All Active Sessions will appear. If you are preemptively adding sessions for the next class, please be sure to submit the rosters when the class has been completed. This is a crucial step needed to ensure that attendance is counted and the credits are successfully given to employees for the bi-weekly reports.

  7. If no Active Sessions are visible, tick box next to "Completed." Run the search again.

  8. Create a copy of the Session that contains Facilities Services - Custodial Services information. Change the date, and click "Apply."

Creating a copy will save time and maintain consistency across all sessions for Custodial Services.
