For faculty, staff, doctoral students, and postdoctoral fellows that are not yet listed in the iSchool's website directory (or if you are and need to update your profile), please submit your information using this form:


  1. Go to the Directory Information Form page
  2. Fill out the form as directed on the page


Note: All of the Ancillary information is optional. If you currently do not know the answers for certain responses, you can skip and submit the form regardless.
