🔧 Troubleshooting: Upload Portals Not Loading?

If a Box upload portal below appears blank, shows an error, or displays an “Allow” button that doesn’t work, your browser is likely blocking the third-party cookies that Box needs to function inside this page.

To fix this, allow third-party cookies for Box in your browser settings:

• Chrome / Edge: Go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Third-party cookies → Allowed to use third-party cookies, then add [*.]box.com and [*.]boxcloud.com.

• Firefox: Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Manage Exceptions under Enhanced Tracking Protection, then add https://utexas.app.box.com and https://account.box.com.

• Safari: Go to Safari → Settings → Privacy and uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking. Note: This is a global setting — you may want to re-enable it when you’re finished uploading.

After updating your settings, refresh this page. The portals should load normally.

If this does not fix the portals, please try logging into Confluence (upper righthand corner of browser window) with your eid email address (youreid@eid.utexas.edu) and see if that does it!

Note: Clicking “Allow” inside the portal frame will not resolve the issue — the fix must be applied in your browser settings directly.
