• Know your UT EID.

• Have the required documents (refer to the Application Instructions) in PDF format.

  • Permit to Operate a Food Enterprise

  • Certificate of Liability Insurance

  • TABC License, if applicable

  • Guidelines for handling food.

  • Attachments should be 5MB each or 25MB total.

• Have your email on hand.

• Ensure that you have capabilities to complete a DocuSign document online.
