Systems Administration (SysAdmin)

Systems wide administration of data. Think large, big picture starts. Currently hold function on both prod and lbtest. Different environments most relevant for different functions. What you can do on these pages includes:

  -places and institutions (to make new high school institution code, or look up institution code and expiration date for a school)

  -permissions and users (to change user last name/consolidate UT eids/sub identifier: UINs)

  -⁺users (same as permissions and users on prod, and convert to ‘beta’ qweb6/7, ADA—timed assignments lmods)

  -elements (to look for upcoming tests)

  -*masquerade (bookmark!-pretend to be someone else!–instructor, student, TA, anyone in the Quest system!)

  -look up when upcoming exams are occurring
