Change the Server Primary Address - Mac

  • Open the UTBackup Crash Plan client, log in with your UT EID and password.

  • Select the Settings tab.

  • Click on the Account tab.

  • In the PROe Server primary and secondary address fields, enter the server domain names given to you by your TSC.

    • If the fields are locked (grayed out) and cannot be edited, you should contact your TSC.

  • Click on the Save button at the bottom of the window.
