Notify 'MSB MBX-Acc' group manager
Access to the shared mailbox [emailaddress] is controlled by the MSB - MBXAcc [emailaddress] distribution group you manage.
To grant the requested users access, please add them to that distribution group's members under the Distribution Group Management section of https://www.austin.utexas.edu/Office365Management/ . After you've added them, wait about one hour for the changes to fully propagate. Once that time has passed, they can follow the standard instructions to access the shared mailbox.

5. Distribution Group Update
Standard Self-Update Instructions
If you log in at https://www.austin.utexas.edu/Office365Management/, you'll see a section near the bottom that says Distribution Group Management and if you click that, you should see the groups you have permissions to manage. You are listed as a manager of this group, and there is a managers section, but I'd like you to not remove any of the existing managers, please (I'll lose access to it myself then). All you need to focus on is clicking the name of the group, and then putting an EID in the box under Members and click Add. Or click one of the existing members and click the red "Remove member" button.
